:rocket: A Brand New UI: Top Navigation, Workflow Tabs & a Revolutionary AI Agent!

This is one of our biggest updates ever! Weā€™ve rolled out a complete user interface overhaul for a more modern and efficient experience, supercharged our AI agent, and redesigned the Conditions step from the ground up.

:sparkles: A Fresh New Look: Top Navigation & Workflow Tabs

The first thing youā€™ll notice is a massive UI overhaul designed to improve how you work.

  • Top Navigation Bar: Weā€™ve moved the main navigation menu from the side to a sleek, intuitive top bar. This gives you more horizontal space on the canvas and modernizes the entire app experience.

  • Workflow Tabs: Say goodbye to juggling single workflows! You can now open and switch between multiple workflows in tabs, just like in a web browser, making it easier than ever to multitask and reference different projects.

:robot: A Revolutionary Leap for Text-to-Workflow

Weā€™ve completely overhauled the Text-to-Workflow engine. The agent is now significantly better at:

  • Understanding Requirements: It grasps complex user needs with much higher accuracy.

  • Asking Smart Questions: The agent will engage in more meaningful dialogue to clarify your goals.

  • Planning Blueprints: The workflows it designs are more logical and robust from the start.

:sparkles: New Feature: Smart App Substitution

You can now ask the chat agent to intelligently swap out apps in your workflow. For example, you can say:

ā€˜Please substitute any apps in this workflow that I donā€™t have a linked account for with an equivalent app that I do have a linked account for.ā€™

:shuffle_tracks_button: Complete Overhaul of the Conditions Step UX

Weā€™ve redesigned the entire Conditions step to be more intuitive. You can now set up the output steps directly within the condition stepā€™s setup drawer, instead of having to link them on the canvas first. This also includes a refreshed UI and clearer button layouts.

:speech_balloon: Agent Chat Fixes & Polish

  • You will no longer see an authentication card in the chat if youā€™re already authorized with an app.

  • Fixed a bug where dynamic data would sometimes be missing in agent-generated steps.

  • Corrected a rare issue where a single agent run would result in a double execution.

:lady_beetle: General Fixes & Improvements

  • Mobile Layout: Weā€™ve pushed new layout updates to align with the new UI.

  • Tab Management: Only one workflow tab can be active at a time, and tabs are now automatically removed when you delete the corresponding workflow.

  • Step Number Tooltip: Hover over a step to see its number in a handy tooltip.

  • Conditions Fixes:

    • Sticky notes are no longer counted as steps when selecting a ā€œgo toā€ destination.

    • It is no longer possible to select the same step as a ā€œgo toā€ destination for multiple conditions.

  • The AND/OR chip in the conditions step is now fully clickable.
